Boot Camp: What's in it for you?
Every week, we will follow a simple "what, so what, now what" type format. You will have the chance to learn just FIVE simple lessons and have downloadable handouts, homework and worksheets.
Here is a specific breakdown of each week's topics:
Week 1: WHO AM I?
Your starting point - you. This week you learn about how to assess all aspects of yourself and your life story to this point.
Week 2: WHERE AM I GOING?
How to move from dreams to reality. This week helps you formulate your mission, vision, values and milestones toward achieving results.
Week 3: WHERE AM I NOW?
To make a start, you need to know what resources you already have, to create forward motion in your life.
Week 4: WHAT DO I NEED TO LET GO?
This is the time to establish some boundaries, so that you can claim a future and believe in yourself. This week's session will take you through the process of knowing what to keep, what to let go, so that you can take the next step, unencumbered from past baggage.
Week 5: HOW DO I GET THERE?
Now you are "freed up" to take the next steps. This week's session focuses on action plans, checklists and "how to's" of getting taking action in your life.
Week 6: OOPS! I MESSED UP...
When you take risk and get going, you are going to hit the pitfalls, potholes and detours that are part of life. So this week, I teach you how to build stronger resilience skills and know how to learn from mistakes as you progress toward the goal.
Week 7: WHO CAN HELP ME?
By now, you are taking action on your plans and getting some momentum - and you now realize you can't do it alone. This week I take you through a process of identifying your circles of influence and how to expand them.
Week 8: DO IT NOW! Go make it so.
This final session brings all the pieces together and learning some additional skills to help you maintain momentum in the future.
